Rising Leaders equips emerging leaders with practical leadership development, one-on-one life coaching, and a community committed to helping them move forward.
At Beyond the Summit, you will hear firsthand from current Rising Leaders and others whose lives and leadership have been impacted by the program. They will share their experiences, insights, and the difference this work is making throughout our community.
The goal is not simply to help Rising Leaders reach the summit. It is to equip them to go beyond it—to lead, serve, create opportunities, and multiply hope for those who follow.

Rising Leaders Cincinnati is a nonprofit organization with a mission to build young leaders from the city who multiply hope for the city. Through leadership development, life coaching, and ongoing support, Rising Leaders equips young adults with the skills, relationships, and opportunities they need to thrive and make an impact in their communities.
What is the Power Breakfast?
The Rising Leaders Power Breakfast brings together people who care about Cincinnati and believe in the power of leadership development to transform lives and communities. Guests will hear directly from people impacted by the program and learn how they can help advance the mission.
Is this a fundraising event?
Yes. During the breakfast, guests will be invited to consider supporting Rising Leaders financially. Guests will also have the opportunity to learn more about serving as a Life Coach.
How will financial support be used?
Funds raised through the Power Breakfast directly support Rising Leaders’ leadership development and coaching programs, including practical training, resources, experiences, and individualized support for participating young adults.
Are sponsorship opportunities available?
Yes. Sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses and individuals interested in providing additional support and receiving event recognition. Please contact us to learn more.
